Role Description
Purpose:
The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming and assisting hotel guests during the check-in and check-out process, adhering to Matca’s procedural standards. This role is essential in creating a positive impression both upon the guests’ arrival and departure from the hotel.
General Objectives:
Successfully performing the role of Front Office Receptionist involves focusing on up-selling to increase revenue, ensuring proper shift closures, supporting financial policies, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure in accordance with MATCA standards.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes, accommodating special requests, and promoting hotel services.
- Handle financial transactions at the front desk, including recording charges and currency exchange.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests, whether in person or by phone.
- Reply to emails related to the front desk.
- Coordinate room status updates with the housekeeping department.
- Stay informed about hotel activities and services.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.

Main Responsibilities:
- Warmly and elegantly welcome guests upon their arrival at the restaurant.
- Provide menu and drink recommendations tailored to guests’ preferences and needs.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure guests are delighted with their dining experience and all their needs are met during their stay in the restaurant.
- Work closely with chefs and the serving team to ensure smooth meal service and maintain high service standards.
Requirements:

Successfully performing the role of Bartender involves continuously developing and adapting the cocktail menu, providing prompt and professional service, collaborating with the hospitality team, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and serve high-quality cocktails and drinks in line with our standards and aesthetics.
- Continuously develop and adapt the cocktail menu to meet the preferences and tastes of our guests.
- Ensure prompt and professional service at the bar, providing an unforgettable experience for our guests.
- Work closely with the hospitality team to ensure efficient service coordination and provide a consistent and personalized experience for each guest.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the bar and work area.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar position in an exclusive hotel or restaurant.
- Excellent knowledge of various types of beverages, mixology techniques, and aesthetic presentation of cocktails.
