Our chef celebrates the taste of the region and delights guests with a fresh and proud new Transylvanian, culinary identity. Considerable effort has gone into sourcing the best local artisans and in refining ancient recipes, lightening up the local traditional cuisine, while maintaining its essence, its produce, seasonality, and tradition. A formidable selection of mainly Romanian wines delights even the most exquisite of palates.
Additionally, we are committed to sourcing meats and cheeses from local producers, and our wine, beer, and spirits menus are based on Romanian products.

At STUP, we’ve created a collection that celebrates this poetry. Shelves hold around 80 Romanian wines, each chosen to reflect the richness of our vineyards, alongside 35 select international bottles that bring a global perspective. Each bottle is a story waiting to be tasted, understood, and remembered.
Our Sommelier Experience brings these stories to life. Guided by our expert, you’ll explore flavors, aromas, and the origins behind each wine. You’ll learn about the soil it comes from, the hands that nurtured it, and the tradition or innovation that shaped it.
